End of the Year Message: A Thank You to My Readers

I want to conclude 2010 by writing a “Thank You” message to all my readers.

The blog has grown immensely in 2010. I remember starting the year with a small number of readers and writing articles maybe once or twice a week. I also remember wondering whether I should keep writing early in the year because there were not enough readers to justify me putting several hours a day into writing an article…

  • Lookup Fellowship’s recommendation of my blog back in March came at the right time because I don’t think I would have continued for much longer without it…

Now I have a respectable number of readers and a few hundred articles written. The year ends with me in a far different position than when I started the year…

Thank you for reading my writing and research with an open mind. I know a lot of people get instantly turned off to my writing as soon as they see me mention an unbiblical source. Unfortunately, a lot of new visitors don’t stay long enough to give me the chance to explain to them that the reason why I sometimes mention unbiblical sources is that I’m trying to help warn people about what the spiritual forces of evil are up to and how their plans may relate to Bible prophecy. All that I ask is for people to read my writing and research with an open mind. I’m grateful that you are willing to read my writing and research with an open mind and continue to read even if I write something you disagree with.

I also want to thank those who provide me with comments and feedback because it's always good to hear from people. I like hearing comments and feedback because it helps me know that I'm not just talking to myself and that people are listening.

Since last week I’ve thought about doing something with video in 2011. I think video would be a good addition to the blog if it’s done right. I think it helps to see a human face and/or to hear a human voice to establish more of a “connection”. I also think it could help because some people learn better by listening than they do by reading. I’m actually someone who learns much better when I listen than when I read. Perhaps I’ll add a video component to the blog sometime in 2011 if I can figure out the best way of doing it right…

  • I’d be curious to hear anyone’s thoughts about this potential idea.

Again, thank you for reading my writing and research with an open mind. Without your readership I would be unable to continue to pour hours of work each day into warning people about the dangers we face in the future. Have a Happy New Year and God Bless!

Pay Attention to the Rising Dragon: China

I know a lot of people are relaxing this time of year and have their mind focused on more pleasant things as everyone needs a break from their normal, daily lives. I also that some people on the East Coast of the U.S. are dealing with a lot of cleanup after a massive storm dumped a few feet of snow on them. Suffice to say that a lot of people have their minds elsewhere this time of year instead of tracking current events and news relating to Bible prophecy.

If you are among the few who are currently watching current events and news relating to Bible prophecy this time of year you probably have your attention focused on the Middle East and perhaps Europe. I would too because one should never let their guard down in watching those areas for something to develop. However, I think it is also wise to begin paying some attention to China-if you’re not already-because they are showing signs of potentially becoming a participant in armed conflict in the near future.

Another Critique of the Blood Moon Rapture Theory

I noticed my Blood Moon Rapture theory critique recently became the top article listed on Google relating to the search terms “Blood Moon Rapture”. This development has led to a big a boost in new visitors to the blog. For newer readers who haven’t heard about the theory, here is a quick summary of what the Blood Moon Rapture theory is:

The Blood Moon Rapture theory (or Red Moon Rapture theory) posits that the Second Coming of Christ is likely going to occur in 2014 or 2015 when there will be four consecutive, total lunar eclipses or a tetrad. These total lunar eclipses will coincide with two major holidays on the Jewish calendar in 2014 and 2015: Passover and the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkoth). Here are the major dates below:

The Next Set of Total Lunar Eclipses that Coincide With Jewish Holiday Periods

Supporters of this theory believe the Rapture is likely going to take place on one of the days which will have a total lunar eclipse.

There are a few verses in the Bible that describe the moon turning red or into blood just prior to the Rapture.

  • Joe 2:30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
  • Joe 2:31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.
  • Rev 6:12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
  • Rev 6:13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

The Blood Moon theory attracts a lot of proponents because these total lunar eclipses are capable of turning the moon into the color of blood (hence the term “blood moon”). In addition, the fact that these total lunar eclipses will occur on important Jewish holidays makes people wonder if something really important is going on.

In my previous critique I cited my Rapture viewpoint and my viewpoint on our proximity to the End Times as my reason why I did not believe in the theory. Today I want to critique the theory again, but in a far more analytical way using historical and scientific data for those who do not agree with my Rapture position and my viewpoint our proximity to the End Times.

Holographic Images of the Beast? Revelation 13:14-15

Last week IBM announced a series of predictions about what technologies we could see developed within the next five years. One of the predictions IBM made is that we could see holographic image technology on cell phones which may enable users to interact with 3D holograms of the individual(s) they are talking to.

I told my dad about the technology and he immediately tried to link this potential technological development to the image of the beast mentioned in Revelation 13:14-15.

  • Rev 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
  • Rev 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

The idea he posited is that people could use holographic technology to create 3D holographic images of the beast to worship. Today I’ll share my initial thoughts about his hypothesis (you’re actually going to hear them before he does).

Last night I listened to part of an interview with L.A. Marzulli on Coast to Coast A.M. about various topics relating to spiritual warfare. At one point in the interview Marzulli referenced the struggle recorded in the Book of Daniel between an angel and “the prince of Persia” as a case study in the ongoing spiritual warfare. Marzulli expressed the thought that evil spiritual beings might have assigned locations where they operate out of to resist the activities of good spiritual beings.

Today I want to address the theory that evil spiritual beings have assigned locations in which they operate out of. First I begin with an overview of Daniel 10, including some implications we can infer from the text. After reviewing Daniel 10, I’ll share/summarize what an author the spiritual forces of evil used said in regards to the idea that evil spiritual beings have assigned locations in which they operate out of.

There are 730 days between now and December 21, 2012. I believe the Bible refutes the notion that something Earth-shattering is going to happen on December 21, 2012. In fact, I wrote a report entitled “The Big Deception in 2012 Doomsday Prophecies” demonstrating that the Battle of Armageddon, the unveiling of the Antichrist’s true identity to the world, or the start of the End Times cannot happen on December 21, 2012 because of the details the Bible provides us about the seventieth week of Daniel. In addition, I provided evidence that the 2012 phenomenon is likely a deception designed by Satan to lead people astray in the report.

Regardless of my belief that people should not view December 21, 2012 as a tremendously important day (could an event that helps bring on the End Times happen on December 21, 2012? Yes, but we can say that about any date on the calendar…), people’s speculation regarding what may or may not happen in 2012 is growing each day. Yesterday I searched online for news about 2012 because I anticipated there would be a surge in news articles with December 21, 2012 just being two years away. I discovered in my search that some key Mayan figures recently visited a notable place in New York City to talk to people about 2012…

A Warning to Christians Who Warmly Accept Esoteric/New Age Teachings

There are Christians who warmly accept New Age/esoteric teachings and seek to integrate them into their religious/spiritual belief system. I know such people exist as I’ve seen a series of articles and a book from a late Methodist minister who sought to integrate New Age teachings into Christian teachings and teach Christians esoteric/New Age concepts using Christian terminology.

Today’s article is intended to alert people who warmly accept New Age/esoteric teachings that some major propagators of the teachings they follow portray Satan in such a positive light that one should seriously question who is the entity behind the teachings and information they propagate. For others, this article will demonstrate that Satan practically has his own public relations campaign going on right now for the hearts, minds, and souls of people.

Could Revelation 13:4 Be Fulfilled Literally? The Worship of the Dragon

I spent much of my weekend reviewing a lot New Age sources in hopes of uncovering something new about the spiritual forces of evil’s plans in the present and in the future. I found some interesting tidbits of information which I plan to share in the coming days. Today I want to share some things Helena Blavatsky, the founder of modern day of occultism and a woman who worked under the direction of several Ascended Masters (a group of spiritual beings mentioned in Ephesians 6:12 as the “spiritual wickedness in high places”), wrote that might explain how Revelation 13:4 could be fulfilled in the coming one-world religion of Antichrist. Revelation 13:4 states that people will worship the dragon (Satan-Revelation 12:9) and along with the beast:

  • Rev 13:4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

The U.N. May Be Slowly Advancing Towards Regulating the Internet

I had planned to focus on another topic today, but today’s report that the United Nations is contemplating the creation of an inter-governmental “working group” to synchronize efforts to regulate the Internet changed my focus today because that is the big story of the day and perhaps the week.

  • Based on the U.N.’s general definition of a “working group”, this potential new group would develop general recommendations to policymakers on how to improve their efforts to regulate the Internet and potentially how to coordinate these efforts.

The report says that the Brazil is spearheading the U.N. efforts “specifically in reaction to challenges such as WikiLeaks”. A representative from Brazil reportedly said that the efforts aren’t an attempt to “takeover” the Internet, but what else would you expect the representative to say? The representative cannot openly say that they are taking over the Internet because that could lead to a massive public uprising.

The report also says that countries like Saudi Arabia and China support the idea of creating a working group focused on regulating the Internet.

  • These two countries are not exactly the vessels of freedom (especially China, who censors the Internet), so anyone who likes freedom should be alarmed by these countries endorsement of the idea to create such a working group.

The report suggests that countries like the U.S. and the U.K. oppose the idea of creating a government member-only working group, but don’t oppose the idea of creating a body to regulate the Internet in general. These countries prefer to see industry and public representation in the working group too.

Fortunately, the U.N. is fairly impotent at the moment because it is currently up to individual countries to decide whether to go along with the U.N.’s recommendations or not. Therefore, the recommendations a new working group focused on regulating the Internet comes up with would unlikely be implemented forcibly yet. However, a time is coming when the working group’s recommendations may be implemented forcibly…

The Edible Microchip is in Development (Video)

Last night I watched an old video news report about how injectable microchips-once used for tracking lost pets-are now being injected into humans to track their medical records. Naturally, the idea of injecting a microchip into someone’s body has a lot of opponents because the microchip could easily become a tool of government surveillance or worse…

A few days ago the British Broadcasting Company (BBC) posted a video of scientists working on a new technology that might someday enable a future world leader to get microchips inside of people in a far less overt way. The following BBC video shows scientists at work developing the edible microchip: Link

The video shows the reporter wearing a data receiver patch on his arm. I’ve read that another option developers have considered is to have the receiver inserted underneath a person’s skin…

History May Rhyme Soon With Pre-WW2 Germany

Last night the American television network the History Channel broadcasted Part One of a new documentary about the Third Reich, an empire that was satanically-inspired. I’ve watched many documentaries about Adolf Hitler and the Third Reich, so I’m not easily impressed by new television shows about these subjects. However, this new documentary already might be one of the best ones I’ve ever seen because it discusses topics that other documentaries shy away from and includes startling content that has never been shown on American television before and content that is banned in Germany today…

In this blog post I want to discuss a couple sections from the documentary that may help us to further comprehend how the prevalence of signs that the End Times are approaching can be further exasperated/amplified by the arrival of very bad economic turmoil.

Relating Bailey with the Freemasons

I admit that do not know a lot about the conspiracy theories relating to the Freemasons although I know a lot of people are highly suspicious of the Freemasons. However, I suspect that people who know a lot about the Freemasons may not know that New Age priestess Alice Bailey (who worked under the direction of an Ascended Master-a type of spiritual being mentioned in Ephesians 6:12 as the “spiritual wickedness in high places”-named Djwhal Khul) had a leadership position within the Freemasons, wrote extensively about the Freemasons, and her husband Foster Bailey was a 33rd degree Freemason.[1]

Today I am simply reporting/summarizing information about what Bailey wrote concerning Freemasonry and providing some thoughts on what her statements may mean in context of what may happen in the future. You can decide what to glean and what not to glean from the information and analysis I present today.

  • For those of you who are experts on the Freemasons: I hope the information I report has some value to you.
  • For those of you who are Freemasons: I hope you consider the information I report fairly. I am merely reporting what a major author in the New Age Movement said about Freemasonry-not making my own proclamations about the organization.

Do Ordinary Angels Have Wings?

The movie “It’s a Wonderful Life” is often broadcasted on television and played on VHS/DVD/Blu-Ray in households around the world to celebrate the holiday season. One of the most famous scenes in the movie features little Zuzu Bailey telling George Bailey: “Look, Daddy. Teacher says, every time a bell rings an angel gets his wings”. George Bailey replies, “That's right, that's right”.

This quote encapsulates and reinforces the common perception that ordinary angels possess wings.

However, the common perception that ordinary angels have wings originated long before “It’s a Wonderful Life” was filmed. Apocalyptic artwork depicted ordinary angels with wings many centuries ago. For instance, this circa 1000 A.D. German art piece depicts seven angels readying to begin blowing the seven trumpets alluded to in the Book of Revelation and an angel readying to pour a censer. Link

Most people believe an ordinary angel possesses wings, but is this belief biblical? If not, what might be a ramification(s) of such a misconception? Today I’ll attempt to provide answers/resources to help address these issues.

Germany’s Finance Minister Predicts Further European Unification

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) recently conducted an interview with Wolfgang Schäuble, the Finance Minister of Germany. Germany is a key player in determining the future direction that Europe will go in since it is the wealthiest European country and perhaps the most influential country when determining what direction the European Central Bank (ECB) will go in.

  • A key reason why the ECB has not engage in a massive money printing campaign to lessen the burden on heavily indebted European countries is that Germany is highly reluctant to deal with this crisis with money printing. Some experts see an ECB-led massive money printing campaign as the solution to the sovereign debt crisis, but Germany isn’t willing to see if that is true because they fear the possibility of it stoking inflation.

The interview is important enough to write about because the German Finance Minister made some statements that may suggest what direction Germany and Europe could be heading in the future.

A Potential Resource for Those Interested In Learning about New Age Infiltration into the Church

Last week I presented some statements from other experts on the dangers of the New Age Movement to give people the sense that I am not the only one who sees it as a major threat to Christians and Jews. The threat that the movement poses to Christians (and Jews) is not just limited to the End Times. Several New Age practices have infiltrated into the Church, and today I share with you to a link to a research website that appears to cover some of this infiltration.

A False Teaching Backfires to Show that Hitler Belonged to the Spiritual Forces of Evil

You can read more about why I dare consider these unbiblical sources at the following link Now on to the article...

Adolf Hitler, the seventh king of the Revelation 17:10, is a big problem for the spiritual forces of evil. Hitler was a devout follower of Helena Blavatsky’s teachings, was initiated into/was a practitioner of the occult, and believed in the coming of Maitreya (the leader of the Ascended Masters-a group of spiritual beings mentioned in Ephesians 6:12 as the “spiritual wickedness in high places” and an individual who Hitler referred to in private as “the messiah” who would come after him).

  • Hitler is a public relations disaster for them since he is considered one of the most evil men of all time. The spiritual forces of evil are not going to gain new followers if people found out that the teachings they promote were the teachings that Hitler believed in and tried to instill on the German nation.

I’ve noticed that the spiritual forces of evil attempt to distance themselves from Hitler in statements supplied through their human messengers by acknowledging that Hitler was controlled by an evil power while claiming that they represent the side of good or the "forces of light". For instance, a human channeler for Ascended Master Djwhal Khul (the one who telepathically gave messages to Alice Bailey to transcribe in volumes of books) reported that the high-level fallen angel said the following about Hitler [parenthesis added by me]:

“Djwhal Khul has told me that Adolph Hitler was a walk-in [a “walk-in” is a person who voluntarily surrenders their physical body to be inhabited by one of Satan’s spiritual agents] The Dark Brotherhood facilitated the shifting of one of their high ranking members into Hitler's body. Adolph Hitler was on the dark path himself before he left, but the new entity was even darker in consciousness”.[1]

It is acknowledged in this statement that Hitler was controlled by an evil power, but there is no association made between the evil power controlling Hitler and Djwhal Khul. This is one of many examples where the spiritual forces of evil attempt to deny association between them and Hitler. Nevertheless, one teaching promoted by the spiritual forces of evil undermines their denials about Hitler’s association with them. Today I’ll share with you this teaching which undermines their denials.

  • Disclaimer: I do not endorse the actual teaching that I’ll present since I am a Christian and write from a Christian perspective. I believe this teaching does not have any validity to it, is unbiblical, and is an elaborate lie that is designed to later encourage people to accept the Mark of the Beast. However, I provide background information on the teaching so that I can show you that an implication of this teaching the spiritual forces of evil promote is an indirect acknowledgment that Adolf Hitler was one of their very own agents and show you that unlike biblical teachings (which are infallible), the teachings promoted by the spiritual forces of evil are contradictory.

A Quick Link on the Usage of the Terms “Holy Ghost” and. "Holy Spirit" in the King James Bible

I came extremely close this morning to losing all my research and every file I had on my laptop due to a computer error. Fortunately, I eventually got the laptop running like normal after several attempts to fix the error. As you can imagine I had quite the scare and did not have much time to finish up the article I planned to post today. However, I won’t leave you empty-handed today…

The King James Bible mentions the term “Holy Ghost” eighty-nine times and the term “Holy Spirit” four times in the New Testament. One could theoretically use this detail as evidence to support the existence of ghosts (since the King James Bible seemingly distinguishes between "Holy Spirit" and "Holy Ghost"). However, the meaning of the word “ghost” in the time when the King James Bible was written had a different meaning than it does today. The term "ghost" apparently was synonymous with the way we use the word “spirit” today. The translators of the King James Bible did not mean to imply that "ghosts" in the way we understand them today exist.

  • A short, yet complete article about the usage of the terms “Holy Ghost” and “Holy Spirit” can be found at this Link. I think the article does a good job of clarifying this potential issue.

With this potential issue cleared up, the Bible continues to be an irrefutable source that refutes the possibility of disembodied souls of former living humans or “ghosts”existing on the physical Earth surface. With the Bible's help, we are left to conclude that the "ghosts" people claim to see are actually evil spiritual entities that have bad intentions.

Understanding Another Spiritual Enemy: Ghosts

I’ve thought about writing about ghosts ever since I wrote about the apparent differences between fallen angels and demons. It’s an interesting topic because we often hear about sightings and so many people believe in their existence. Unfortunately, I have not had a lot of time to write something about them until now. Today I’ll share my view on what ghosts actually are in this blog post.

The Future Significance of Hanukkah

Wednesday evening brought the start of the Jewish Holiday of Hanukkah, which commemorates the rededication of the Second Temple after Antiochus Epiphanies IV, the fifth king of Revelation 17:10, and his forces were defeated during the Maccabean revolt. I suspect that most people believe that Hanukkah is a holiday whose significance is connected solely to past events. Today I hope to disprove that notion by showing that Hanukkah is going to have future meaning as well.

Sun Myung Moon: Another Matthew 24:5 False Christ

I remember sitting in Sunday school one day listening to twin brothers tell a story about how a couple of young men began to worship a man after they read a Bible where the man simply scribbled out God’s name and wrote his own name in it. The young men’s blind faith in the man apparently went as far as them to believe that the man they were worshiping was God.

It was difficult for me to fully believe this story when I originally heard it because I did not think people could be so naive to worship a man who simply wrote his name in the Bible in place of God's name. However, as time has passed and the more I hear about people falling prey to false teachers, prophets, and messiahs the story is becoming more believable to me.

I mentioned to a friend that I wrote about how Sathya Sai Baba had the makings of a false Christ during a conversation on Friday. My friend told me to look at a person who goes by the nickname “Reverend Moon”. I decided to follow my friend’s suggestion to read about Reverend Moon or Sun Myung Moon (his real name), and what I read about Moon reminded me of the story the twin brothers told at Sunday school several years ago.
