Update: The G-20 approved the creation of a global food database on Thursday and it will be developed "rapidly": Link
While the media reports on the turmoil in Greece, the unrest in Syria, the events in Libya, and Barack Obama’s decision to withdraw 30,000 + troops from Afghanistan by November 2012, the agricultural ministers from the G-20, a group of countries comprising major and emerging economies, have quietly gathered in Paris to discuss a proposal by France to create a global food database. Here is some information about the global food database:
- The global food database would reportedly record the amount of food produced by each participating country and record the amount of food that each participating country has in its stockpiles. Link
- The database would track public and private commodity holdings: Link
- The database would be managed by the Food and Agriculture Organization, which is a United Nations agency based in Rome, Italy.
The recent, record high food prices, global food supply problems, and social unrest related to both these problems are major reasons why world leaders see a "need" to consider creating a global food database.
- According to the Wall Street Journal, the database would help decision makers to better predict which countries may face a food shortage and help to increase transparency about the global food supply and demand picture.
- The Globe and Mail suggests the global food database could help to reduce food price volatility by giving people a better idea of what the global food supply and demand picture actually looks like.
- The overseer of the world’s food supply would need to know the amount of food each country is producing and the amount of food each country has available in its inventory so they can ensure that only those who are supposed to get the food (i.e. those with the Mark of the Beast) receive the food. If there is food unaccounted for, it may be possible for some food supplier(s) to quietly help those without the Mark of the Beast to survive by giving them some of the food that is unaccounted for. The global monitoring of food production and food inventory levels could help the overseer of the world’s food supply prevent most cases of food going to those who are not “supposed” to possess it since they could be in a position to identify unusual/unauthorized reductions in food inventory levels.
- The proposed global food database currently being discussed is primarily meant to track food production levels and food inventory levels of participating countries and agri-food conglomerates. However, once a global food database system is established what is to stop the database from expanding in the future into a real-time monitor of food production levels and food supply levels at every individual farm and food supplier worldwide?
Reports suggest that China and India are the most opposed to the creation of a global food database. Nonetheless, the expectation is for the proposal to be agreed upon. France already has the support of Brazil, a major agricultural country.
The meeting of the G-20 agricultural ministers concludes on Thursday…

This is a very important article, if this global food database is put in place we will be one step closer to the antichrist's rein. How do you think that one will be able to purchase or "access" this database, if you guessed by the mark of the beast you are correct. We are getting closer and closer to the time when all people will have to make the decision between the antichrist and Jesus Christ our Lord. Great write up, keep up the good work!!
Thanks!
Great article.
Thank you
I watched a documentary this weekend that came highly recommended to me by a friend, called Food Inc, and in that I saw the multinational Corporate beast Monsanto as a real threat to our freedoms. They control food from the seed to the shelf, and they do all they can to keep it that way. Very scary what they are doing to our farmers.
Well worth a look.
Sounds interesting
